This certification — held by a select group of retailers worldwide — recognises our commitment to authentic Japanese food culture and the quality of our supplier relationships.
We are also currently in the certification process with the Japan Onigiri Society, with the potential to become the first recognised onigiri operator in Finland and the Nordic region.
